I consider myself to be an amateur poet, even though I often amaze myself when I read my work.  I have been writing poems for about 3 years, and although I have not been published - yet - I do hope to publish my work someday.  I enjoy writing and discussing current events/politics, community issues/affairs, and relationships (oh my!).  I also enjoy dancing and listening to music.
